What is a "Great Place to Work"?
"Great Place to Work" is the largest research and study organization in the world that releases annual "Great Place to Work" raking based on data obtained from an employee survey conducted in over 50 countries around the globe.
Based on the individuals (employees), it shows the relationships between management, the job, and colleagues in terms of "trust," "pride," and "sense of solidarity," and the assessment is made according to employee or management interviews.
